Bill Fizer
Director/Minister
Bill Fizer is an ordained minister and has been ministering to wounded people for over 20 years. Bill was trained under Ralph & Gloria and served as a Prayer-Healing minister working alongside Ralph for many years. Prior to committing to full-time ministry, he had a training consulting business and has brought that experience to the ministry to develop workshops for various topics. Bill works with individuals of all ages with early life trauma, dissociation, suffering from PTSD, and addictions. He works closely with his wife of 39 years, Lisa, with couples dealing with marital and family issues.
Craig Gilbert
Assistant Director
Dr. Craig W. Gilbert is a Delaware Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health. He is a retired Air Force veteran and continues to serve the Air Force as a Department of the Air Force civilian. He currently works for the Air Force as the base Violence Prevention Integrator and Suicide Prevention Program Manager. Dr. Gilbert has a Doctorate of Education in Pastoral Community Counseling and conducted his dissertation research on the relationship between post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and resilience in the Air Force. He looks forward to serving Freedom through Jesus Fellowship to continue his fathers vision any way he is able.
Lisa Fizer
Minister/Board Member
Lisa Fizer is an ordained minister who also has been ministering to wounded people for over 20 years. Lisa was also trained under Ralph & Gloria and served as a Prayer-Healing minister working alongside Ralph for many years. She works with early life trauma/abuse, Ritual Abuse, PTSD, and Dissociation. Lisa also works with teens and families in crisis along with couples experiencing relationship issues. She works closely with her husband of 36 years, with couples dealing with marital and family issues.
